The house is well insulated, cosily furnished and pleasantly warm thanks to the fireplace and electric radiators (new: infrared heating). Start the day with a nice breakfast in the morning sun on the new terrace and watch the maritime activity on the Baltic Sea. And if it starts to rain, just stay seated - the terrace is partially covered. The house is protected from the west wind by its hillside location. Public transport links are located within walking distance. A car park is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and the celebration of events are not permitted. This bright, welcoming house will make you feel at home! On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen-living room (dishwasher, washing machine) with a pleasant atmosphere thanks to wooden floors and solid wood furniture. The wide window front with sliding door, renewed in 2022, opens onto the adjoining terrace. Upstairs, another living room with garden views and plenty of seating awaits you. The house is ideal for families, couples, sailing crews, or wedding guests (Schloss Glücksburg, beach hotel). While some relax upstairs watching TV or playing cards, others can enjoy a beer or wine downstairs or soak up the evening sun on the terrace. The upstairs bathroom has been fully renovated and now offers a modern feel. A new shower room has also been added on the ground floor.
